Gami × Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4 — Squad Feast Promotion

1. Promotion and Promoter

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Gami x Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4 – Squad Feast Promotion (Promotion).

The Promotion is conducted by Innoveil Gami Pty Ltd (ABN 69 600 232 728) of Level 5, 111 Cecil Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205 (Promoter or Gami).

Activision Publishing, Inc. (Activision) supplies and administers the in-game digital content and redemption system described in these Terms and Conditions.

Activision Publishing, Inc. is not a sponsor of this Squad Feast Promotion. The “Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4” names, logos, and/or materials are used for purposes of promotion and/or prize descriptions only and such use is not intended to suggest or imply Activision’s sponsorship of this Squad Feast Promotion.

2. Promotional Period

The Promotion is available from 16 October 2026 to 12 November 2026 inclusive (Promotional Period), subject to availability of the qualifying Squad Meal and Spiced Out DLC Code cards at the relevant Participating Store or ordering channel.

The Promotional Period relates to the purchase of the Squad Meal and distribution of Spiced Out DLC Codes. The separate period for redeeming a Spiced Out DLC Code is set out in section 9.

3. Eligibility and Participating Stores

The Promotion is open to customers who purchase a qualifying Squad Meal from a Participating Store in Australia during the Promotional Period. Gami membership is not required.

Participating Store means a Gami Chicken store in Australia nominated by Gami to participate in the Promotion and identified as participating on the applicable Gami campaign page, store ordering channel or third-party delivery platform. Not all Gami stores may participate, and availability may vary by store and ordering channel.

Customers should confirm availability with the relevant Gami store or ordering platform before ordering.

4. Qualifying Squad Meal

The qualifying product for the Promotion is the Gami x Call of Duty Squad Meal (Squad Meal).

Each Squad Meal includes:

Classic Boneless with a choice of two sauce flavours;
12 pieces of Original Wings;
Tteokbokki;
Kimchi Loaded Chips; and
Corn Cheese.

Menu substitutions, additions and customisations are subject to store and channel availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Price and Ordering Channels

The Squad Meal is priced at $84.90 including GST for dine-in and takeaway orders at Participating Stores.

The Squad Meal may also be available through selected third-party delivery platforms, including Uber Eats and DoorDash, subject to store and platform availability. Prices on third-party delivery platforms may differ from the dine-in and takeaway price. Delivery fees, service fees and other platform charges may also apply.

Orders placed through a third-party delivery platform are also subject to the applicable platform terms and conditions.

6. Other Gami Promotions

The Squad Meal may be purchased in conjunction with other Gami promotions, discounts or offers, unless the terms of the other promotion, discount or offer expressly state otherwise.

Eligibility to receive a Spiced Out DLC Code is based on the purchase of a qualifying Squad Meal. Redemption and use of each Spiced Out DLC Code are governed by the Activision redemption requirements set out below.

7. Spiced Out DLC Code Offer

Customers may receive up to four (4) Spiced Out DLC Codes for each qualifying Squad Meal purchased, while stocks last.

Each Spiced Out DLC Code is supplied on a separate code card, may only be used once and is subject to verification by Gami and Activision.

The Spiced Out Bundle comprises a Calling Card, Emblem and Weapon Charm for use in Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4 and Call of Duty®: Warzone™ (Game(s)) from no earlier than 23 October 2026, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Spiced Out DLC Codes have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other monetary value. The Spiced Out Bundle may be available for purchase and/or through other promotions separately at any time.

8. Missing Code Cards

If a code card is missing from a qualifying order, the customer should contact Gami Customer Support at cs@innoveilgami.com.au within seven (7) days of the purchase or delivery.

The customer must provide a valid receipt or order confirmation showing the purchase date, Participating Store, order number and qualifying Squad Meal. For a third-party delivery order, the customer should also provide the delivery platform name and platform order number.

Missing-code claims are subject to verification and code availability. Gami may request further information reasonably required to verify a claim. The seven-day notification period does not limit any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Redemption Period and Instructions

Spiced Out DLC Codes may be redeemed from 16 October 2026 until 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2027 (Redemption Period). Each Spiced Out DLC Code may only be used once and must be redeemed during the Redemption Period.

To redeem a Spiced Out DLC Code, visit www.callofduty.com/redeem, log in to an Activision account or create one at https://profile.callofduty.com/cod/signup (Activision Account), submit the Spiced Out DLC Code and follow the instructions. Creating an Activision Account requires agreement to the applicable Activision terms and conditions and privacy policies. For technical assistance with redemption or an Activision Account, visit Activision Support at https://support.activision.com/.

Successful redemption in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will result in the Spiced Out Bundle being automatically loaded onto the Call of Duty® gamer profile(s) (Gamer Profile(s)) linked to the Activision Account used for redemption, for use solely in Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4 and Call of Duty®: Warzone™ (Game(s)).

If a Spiced Out DLC Code is redeemed before the official release of Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4 in Australia, the Spiced Out Bundle will be automatically banked to the Gamer Profile for use in the Game(s) following the official Australian release.

Acquisition of the applicable Game(s) is required to redeem and use the Spiced Out Bundle. Additional paid subscription services may be required to redeem and use the Spiced Out Bundle in multiplayer modes. Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® 4 is classified MA15+ in Australia.

10. Activision Account and Code Restrictions

Customers must ensure they are logged into the correct Activision Account before redeeming a Spiced Out DLC Code.

Each Spiced Out DLC Code will be assigned to the first Activision Account on which it is redeemed and cannot be transferred to another Activision Account.

A Spiced Out DLC Code cannot be sold, traded, bartered, assigned, transferred to or shared with a third party, auctioned through an online auction site, or obtained through any source other than an authorised channel described in these Terms and Conditions.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, replacement Spiced Out DLC Codes will not be issued.

11. Verification, Invalid and Void Codes

All Spiced Out DLC Codes are subject to verification at the respective sole discretion of Gami and Activision before the customer receives the Spiced Out Bundle. Anti-fraud detection measures may be used for verification purposes.

Counterfeit, improperly reproduced, illegible, mutilated, tampered-with or unauthorised Spiced Out DLC Codes, and codes containing or reflecting printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, will be rejected and deemed void.

A Spiced Out DLC Code may also be deemed void if it:

fails applicable anti-fraud detection measures;
was obtained through an unauthorised or illegitimate channel or by means other than those described in these Terms and Conditions;
contains an unauthorised message, code or other marking not issued by Gami or Activision for use in the Promotion;
is defective, was printed or produced in error, or is illegible or blank; or
is otherwise determined by Gami or Activision, in their respective discretion and subject to applicable law, to be unauthorised or invalid.

No redemption will be valid where the Spiced Out DLC Code:

is not verified or recognised as having been validly issued by Gami or Activision in connection with the Promotion;
has previously been entered or used;
is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted;
was obtained through an unauthorised or illegitimate channel; or
is otherwise void under these Terms and Conditions.

Gami or Activision may, at their respective sole discretion and without obligation, elect to replace an illegible Spiced Out DLC Code with one (1) replacement Spiced Out DLC Code where appropriate and while supplies last. Gami and Activision may inspect and verify a code before issuing any replacement. A replacement may be denied where these Terms and Conditions have not been complied with.

12. Cancellations, Refunds and Consumer Rights

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind once the order has been accepted or preparation has commenced.

For orders placed through a third-party delivery platform, the applicable platform cancellation and refund terms also apply.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Decisions and Liability

The respective decisions of Gami and Activision are final, binding and conclusive in matters relating to the Promotion, including the validity, verification and redemption of Spiced Out DLC Codes, subject to applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gami and Activision have no obligation to the holder of a void Spiced Out DLC Code. Except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, Gami and Activision have no liability or obligation in respect of a void code.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Customers submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts that may hear appeals from those courts.
