Overview: The Gami Spicy Challenge is a social media competition where participants post videos enjoying Gami’s new spicy menu, tagging #GamiSpicyChallenge and Gami’s social media accounts. Prizes include two flight tickets to Korea and 200 Gami Tumblers.
Competition Period:
• The competition runs from 1st November 2024 to 15th December 2024.
• All submissions must be posted during this period.
How to Enter:
1. Post a video on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook featuring you enjoying our new spicy menu or showing how much spice you can handle.
2. Add the hashtag #GamiSpicyChallenge and tag Gami’s official accounts (Instagram: @gami_chicken, TikTok: @gamichickenbeer, Facebook: @gamichicken).
3. Ensure your profile is public so your entry can be viewed.
Eligibility:
• Open to legal residents of Australia, aged 18 and above.
• Participants must follow all rules and submit their own original content.
Prizes:
1. Grand Prize:
• Two economy-class flight tickets to Korea (Incheon International Airport).
• Reimbursement of up to AUD 2,000 per person (maximum AUD 4,000 total).
• Travel must be booked for between January 1, 2025, and June 30, 2025.
2. Runner-Up Prizes (200 Winners):
• Gami Tumblers (Lock n Lock) in blue or green, featuring the Gami logo.
• Colour selection is random and cannot be exchanged.
Prize Terms:
1. Flight Reimbursement Process:
• Winners must purchase their own flight tickets and submit a valid receipt for reimbursement.
• Gami Chicken will reimburse up to AUD 2,000 per person, with a total cap of AUD 4,000.
• Reimbursement applies only to ticket costs, taxes, and surcharges—other travel expenses (accommodation, meals, etc.) are excluded.
• Flight bookings must be made within the January 1 to June 30, 2025 travel window.
2. Tumbler Delivery:
• Gami Chicken will send tumblers to the addresses provided by winners.
• Standard delivery applies; Gami Chicken is not responsible for loss or damage during transit. General Terms:
• Video Content Requirements: Videos must be original, free from inappropriate content, and must not infringe copyright (music, third-party rights, etc.).
Prize Delivery & Conditions:
• The grand prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize may be forfeited. Rights & Usage:
• By participating, entrants agree to give Gami Chicken permission to use their submitted videos or images for promotional purposes.
• Participants also agree that the contact details they submit, such as email addresses, may be used for future Gami Chicken marketing communications. • Entrants consent to Gami Chicken contacting them for marketing purposes and understand that their data will be handled in accordance with Gami Chicken’s privacy policy.
