Terms & Conditions for the Stellar Blade™ x Gami Promotion
Eligibility: The Stellar Blade™ x Gami Promotion (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of New South Wales and Victoria, Australia, who are at least 15 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Gami, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively “Employees”), and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on May 20, 2024 and ends on June 16, 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: Entry requires the purchase of a Stellar Blade™ burger from participating Gami locations in NSW and VIC, excluding Melton, Sunshine West, Frankston, and South Melbourne. Entrants must retain their purchase receipt. Entrants must complete the entry form, providing their full name, contact information, and receipt number, and submit a creative response to the following question “Tell us why you want to win a PlayStation®5 prize pack. No additional purchase or payment is necessary to win.
Prizes: The prizes include: • 5 Grand Prize Packs: Each pack includes a PlayStation®5 console, Stellar Blade™ full game digital voucher code , and a Cobalt Blue DualSense™ wireless controller. • 50 Runner-Up Prizes: Stellar Blade™ full game digital voucher code . • Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Gami’s discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by Gami based on the creativity and originality of the entries. Winners will be notified by email or phone within seven (7) days following selection. Gami shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for a winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Consent to Use: By entering this contest, entrants consent to Gami’s use of their names, likeness, and entries for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration. Participants also agree to receive marketing information from Gami and give permission for the use of their registration information solely for this competition.
General Conditions: Gami reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Gami’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Promotion.
Governing Law: The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Disputes: Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Victoria, Australia.
